By accessing or using Zeakat ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Zeakat provides AI-powered content creation tools. You provide brand information ("Vault"), and the Service generates content using AI models. Generated content is yours to use as you see fit.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credits reset each billing cycle. Top-up credits do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Zeakat, including content generated by AI tools. You grant Zeakat a limited license to process your Vault data solely to provide the Service.
You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Zeakat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
